Shirley (Grondin) Braley, 91, of Plaistow, N.H., passed away peacefully with her family by her side, at home, on Saturday morning, June 3rd.
She was born in Lawrence on Feb. 15, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Violet (Lambert) Grondin.
Mrs. Braley was educated in the Lawrence school system and graduated from Lawrence High School.
Mrs. Braley was predeceased by her loving husband, Richard Braley and a brother, Harvey Grondin.
She is survived by her four children, Stephen Braley and his wife, Susan of South Lyon, MI., Michael Braley and his wife Janice of Derry, N.H., Pat Batchelder and her husband Chuck of Plaistow, N.H., and Lesley Zamansky and her significant other, Tom Flaherty of Haverhill, 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren with two on the way, her ‘lunch bunch’ Carol, Helen, and Rhoda, and several nieces and nephews.
Her visitation was held on Tuesday, at the H.L. Farmer and Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., (Route 125), Bradford. A funeral Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Sacred Hearts Church, Bradford. Interment followed in Riverview Cemetery, Groveland.
