FORT MYERS BEACH, FL: Peter Pazzanese, 90, passed away at his home from cancer in Fort Myers Beach, Fla. He was born in Haverhill to the late Gabriel and Lucia Pazzanese. He attended Haverhill schools before enlisting in the Army to serve his country during World War II, in which he was highly decorated. He later worked at Lincoln Shoe Co. and then employed as a layout operator at the former Western Electric in North Andover, Mass. He then moved to Florida to enjoy many years of retirement. He is survived and will be sadly missed by his loving daughter, Sylvia Lucas; grandson and great-granddaughters; sister, Gloria Preziosi; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Constance; brothers, James and Joseph; niece, Anna Marie Arguin; nephew, Richard DeMartino; son-in-law, Chris Lucas; and former wife, Leah Pazzanese.
Peter was laid to rest with full military honors at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, Fla.
