Kenneth S.'s Story
Kenneth S. Gendall, 69, of Largo, Fla., passed away Sept 8, 2016. He is survived by his wife and best “mate” of over 29 years, Linda Laflamme.
Ken was formerly from Haverhill, Mass., but became a resident of Florida after waiting many years to retire and move south to enjoy the warmth. He retired from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in September of 2014.
Besides his wife,Ken is survived by his sister, Kathleen and his brother, Paul. He was predeceased by his father, Stephen and his mother, Barbara.
Ken had many hobbies throughout the years including being an avid boater. He was a member of Corinthian Masonic Lodge in Concord, Mass., for over 35 years. He was Master of the Lodge in 1991 and served as District Deputy Grand Master for the Lowell 12th Masonic District in 1995 and 1996. He was past president of the Concord Masonic Association and past master of the Lodge of Instruction.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation on Saturday morning, October 8, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. in West Congregational Church, Haverhill. Officers and members of Corinthian Lodge A.F. & A.M. will conduct a masonic service at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
