Jacquelyn "Jackie"'s Story
Jacquelyn M. “Jackie” (Clarke) Murphy, 89, of Haverhill, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, February 25, at Wingate at Haverhill surrounded by her loving family.
Her survivors include her husband of 65 years, Leo G. Murphy of Haverhill and their children, Jean M. Kennedy and her husband Colin of Haverhill, Thomas P. Murphy and his wife Julie of Haverhill, Patricia A. Murphy-Painchaud and her husband Donald Painchaud of Hudson, N.H., four grandsons, a sister-in-law, Marilyn Hefferan of Atkinson, N.H.; a brother-in-law, James Murphy and his wife Cora Mae of Newburyport, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Her calling hours were held on Wednesday, March 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Her Funeral was held on Thursday morning, March 2, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. John The Baptist Church, Lincoln Ave., Haverhill.
