Barbara M.'s Story
Barbara M. (Spooner) Jameson, 83, of Haverhill, and formerly of New Bedford, passed away peacefully, Wednesday Morning, March 1, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.
She was born in New Bedford on May 12, 1933, the daughter of the late Byron and Nellie (Cleary) Spooner.
In her free time, Barbara enjoyed puzzles and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frederick T. Jameson.
Mrs. Jameson is survived by her son, Nicholas A. Jameson and his wife Susan C. of Plaistow, N.H.; two grandchildren, Erin Jameson of Boston and Colin Jameson and his wife, Lisa of Haverhill, a great-grandchild, Madison Jameson, two sisters, Shirley Robitaille of New Bedford MA., and Winifred Thatcher of Cedarville, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Walter Park.
A private memorial service will be held at a date to be determined. Arrangements are by the H.L. Farmer and Sons Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Haverhill and Bradford.
